About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

• Sort, batch & scan Cheques for clearing
• Perform data entries and verification of cheques for clearing
• Prepare letters to customers, bankers and branches, update statistics and other administrative support
• Processing of customer and account data maintenance

Job Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Teamwork - able to work with large number of people
• Willing to learn
• Good with numbers, fast and accurate with processing & data entry.
• knowledge of PC skill, eg. Microsoft Office
