Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Operations Assistant (Automotive)
- Working Location: Jurong
- Working Hours: 5.5 days Morning (9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Handle port operations at PSA such as port clearance, DN, permit, UCI, and other related port operations
- Assist to manage inventory
- Perform barcode scanning
- Inspect and take photos of all incoming vehicles before they enter storage site and report to customer service office if there is damage vehicles.
- Shifting and sorting vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance (battery charging, tyre rotation etc)
- Minimum secondary school education
- Possess class 3 license
