Job Description


- Admin & Operations Assistant (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (order processing & logistics management) to the team
  • Handle daily office and warehouse needs
  • Assist in day-to-day operation flow in our manufacturing facility
  • Prepare procurements of general supplies and handle a variety of administrative tasks
  • Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Operations/Business Administration
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing/procurement field
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitudes to learn are welcome to apply
  • Motivated team player with a pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and knowledge with an ERP software is a bonus
  • Located at Tuas, Jurong
