Roles & Responsibilities This role will be dealing with Operations, Engineering and Export department.

• Oversee the manpower and work allocation for the various departments (drivers, general workers, mechanics, welders etc)
• Oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operations on a day to day basis
• Ensure that the assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
• Review work processes and propose improvements/changes
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement or deficiency, especially on cost reduction.
• Train department employees on their job scope and safe work practices, including the proper use of PPEs and adhere to roadway safety rules and regulations.
• Provide onboarding and refresher hooklift/REL training to drivers
• Build rapport with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage in regular meetings, briefings, dialogues and feedback sessions, etc with staff to ensure that business processes established are aligned with both staff’s acceptance and company’s policies.
• Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, news, best practices and technology
• Perform any other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by the COO.

• Must have Class 3 and 4 license
• Preferable with own transport
• Minimum at least 5 years working experience in route planning & supervisory roles
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to engage with stakeholders of various levels.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as being a good team player.
• Willing to be hands-on and to be on standby after office hours.
• Diligent, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Good problem solving skill
• Meticulous and pay attention to details.
• 5.5 days work week
