To control all general office expenses such as printing, refreshment supplies and general purchases. To prepare month end reports to Finance department. To ensure all classrooms and facilities are conducive for all our students. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Director. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. To have extensive office administration skills Proactive and resourceful. Self-driven with positive mindset. 3 ' 4 years of experience in current field.
