Job Description


  • Must need to work on Weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have proficiency to speak English, Tamil, Hindi and Malay.
  • Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus.
  • Inspect food products and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized.
  • Check food before it is served to customers.
  • Control and minimize waste.
  • Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures.
  • Daily operations of the kitchen including production, preparation & presentation.
  • Ensure all items of highest quality at all times.
  • Efficient management of food costs & wastage.
  • Maximizing the overall food & beverage department profit.
  • Quality levels of production including cleanliness, sanitation & hygiene.
  • Creative menu planning on a timely basis.
  • In-charge of the kitchen.
  • Monitor kitchen flow.
  • Inventory Daily operations of the kitchen including production, preparation & presentation.
  • Ensure all items of highest quality at all times.
  • Efficient management of food costs & wastage.
  • Maximizing the overall food & beverage department profit.
  • Quality levels of production including cleanliness, sanitation & hygiene.
  • Creative menu planning on a timely basis.
