OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (TEMP)

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our warehouse team on a temporary basis during the CNY Peak Period. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. What You'll Do

Order Fulfilment

: Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency

Inventory Management

: Conduct weekly stock top-ups and regular stock takes to maintain optimal inventory levels

Stock Operations

: Receive, process, and price-tag incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail

Logistics Support

: Deliver stock to various sales points as needed

Gift Presentation

: Create beautiful gift wrapping that delights our customers

Quality Control

: Maintain high standards in all aspects of warehouse operations

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level education

Commitment

: Two full days per week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Immediate availability

This role may be temporary, but we're looking for someone who approaches it with professionalism and commitment.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
