Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process order for outbound, monitor and reply of emails.
  • Arrange shipping either via email or online booking
  • Daily resource planning, permit declarations, prepare reports
  • Assist inbound & inventory functions, coordination and fulfil request from customer
  • Filing documents, handle company projects like Kaizen, Lean improvement and adhoc projects.
Qualifications & requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics warehousing
  • Efficient in responding to emails and calls for actions and queries.
  • Some knowledge in SAP/ WMS/ SIMS and B2B IT infrastructure will be an advantage
  • Able to do online booking of shipments
  • Able to multitask and take on additional tasks when required
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
