Job Summary:

• $2000
• During training: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• After training: 5 days 5am - 2pm / 2-11pm (can choose)
• Location: Woodlands
• Accommodation near office provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer phone calls
• Checking of bus movements; trips arrangements
• Liaison with bus drivers and external bus maintenance vendors
• Ensuring the working condition of bus GPS and CCTV systems
• Application, distribution and tracking of driver\'s diesel tags
• Assist in dispatch and back up bus arrangements

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
