Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process applications and upload quotes for new sales
- Check, verify and create invoice
- Take the invoice out of draft in Xero and request the deposit from the customer at the point of installation schedule for customer invoicing
- Schedule solar installation date
- Create new electrical certificates for completed jobs
- Apply for payments for government rebate via Formbay and Solar Victoria
- Weekly payroll setup / weekly contractor payments setup (Training will be offered)
- Weekly payables setup
- Daily accounts receivable management including chasing customers on overdue payments
- Monthly journal entry for unrealised revenue
- Daily account reconciliation
- Data entry and management of software and other CRMs
- Assist in sending out emails
- Handle calls including but not limited to answering queries, informing customers or following up on customers
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in Admin and Invoicing
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to new tools and system
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Ideally with exposure in the Solar Panel business
- Experience in HubSpot, Xero or similar CRMs would be an advantage
