ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders such as booker and staff on flight deployment

• Monitor flights and staff movements

• Allocate duties to staff based on service requirements

• Update daily log sheet and respond to on day emails

• Prepare On-day reports

• Prepare daily deployment and raise authorisation forms

• Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners and able to advise staff accordingly

• Other ad-hoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays

• Able to keep up with the fast and dynamic pace

• Able to manage staff effectively

• Familiar with Changi Airport\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulation is an advantage

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and IT Savvy

• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated, responsible and full of initiatives

• Must have the team spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.

• Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external stakeholders
