Salary: $2800 > Degree $2200 > Diploma Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year
Job Responsibilities: As a Child Protection Ops Coordinator, you are required to:
- Coordinate closely with Child Protector Officers (CPOs), Supervisors and Protectors in the weekly scheduling of Protectors\xe2\x80\x99 Review (PR) to ensure that cases are reviewed timely.
- Support related administrative/ essential functions (e.g., case closure, child minding, referral to professionals, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) within Child Protection Ops, as and when required to support CPOs to ensure the safety of the children and young persons under CPS\xe2\x80\x99s purview. Any other related works as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma or degree in any field
- Able to work independently, as well as a team
- Meticulous and experience in handling data (i.e. Words and Excel) and administrative duties
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Past experiences with handling related operations
- Have positive working attitude
