ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders such as booker and staff on flight deployment \xc2\xb7 Allocate duties to staff based on service requirements \xc2\xb7 Update daily log sheet and pending emails \xc2\xb7 Prepare On-day reports \xc2\xb7 Prepare daily deployment and raise authorisation forms \xc2\xb7 Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners \xc2\xb7 Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently. \xc2\xb7 Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc duties JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
• Able to keep up with the fast and dynamic pace
• Able to manage staff effectively
• Familiar with Changi Airport\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulation is an advantage
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and IT Savvy
• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible
• Training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per month Benefits:
