What are we expecting from you?
Under the leadership of E-business manager SEAO and in collaboration with the Maison APAC team, the E-business operation coordinator, SEA will be supporting the development of the E-business channel in SEA as well as running day to day e-business operation. He/She will be leading daily phone sales and web sales operation related activities.
Besides operational duties, he/she will also coordinate with CRC team, to satisfy client needs for SEA (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) region, in order to create best in class omni-channel experience.
In collaboration with the other functions within the SEA team, he/she will manage or support in new omni-channel related initiative or projects.
