Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations and business functions including Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service etc.
- Strategize and drive cost reduction activities through continuous process improvements
- Create standard operating procedure and spearhead opening of new offices for expansion
- Manage inventory and establish controls to ensure optimal operations
- Drive revenue profitability and growth through reviewing of financial information
- Actively liaise with upper management to set strategic goals for the business
Requirements:
- >8 years' operations experience in Manufacturing
- Experience managing P&L for a business unit
