Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. BU Ops Director shall be responsible to Head BU on the smooth operations of the BU.
2. Roles of Ops Director, not limited to below:
- Manage BU’s resources in productive and efficient ways
- Drive business performance by applying best practices, procedures and tools
- Create a cohesion and performance-based culture within BU. Promote and enable continues improvement
- Provide conducive and safe workplace
- Manage organisational changes and mitigate impact
- Manage with accountability
- Spent on asset only when necessary
- Promote awareness on policies
- Promulgate SOP and establish structured processes
- Share best practices
- Conduct compliance checks
- Understand P&L, monitor progress to achieve annual targets
- Manage debtor aging, billing due
- Manage sales forecast
- Resolve issues with Finance
- Familiar with Procurement Manual and procedures
- Drive best sourcing
- Provide guidance on issues
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Singaporean only
