SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS) As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Job Purpose

Manages and directs manufacturing operations, production planning, materials control, engineering, maintenance, warehousing and distribution , HSE, for the plant by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinates.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and control all activities within the manufacturing operations of the organization. Oversea manufacturing, production planning, materials control, engineering, maintenance, warehousing & distribution and health safety and environmental.
• Formulate, recommend and implement manufacturing or production policies and programs that are in line with overall business plan.
• Manage manpower planning and machine utilization within the site.
• Process owner for Health, safety and environmental standards that are complied with local regulatory requirements and corporate policy.
• In partnership with Technical, Sales & Purchasing department on demand and supply of raw materials and production requirements.
• Responsible for managing the capital expenditure for the plant
• Overall in charge of the facility of the plant including maintenance & upkeeping
• Leads the organization in continuous improvement in manufacturing and business processes to insure constantly improving levels of product quality, process capability, customer satisfaction and cost reduction.
• Monitors, reports on, and develops and implements improvement programs for key aspects of his area of responsibility including on-time delivery, first time right, scrap, productivity per man-hour, manufacturing expenses, safety performance, 5S housekeeping, customer complaints, overtime and training.
• Direct and implement the organizations safety/environmental program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.
• Develops plans for the training and upgrade of all personnel in the responsible organization.
• Represent Company as Management Representative in our Integrated Management System ( ISO9001, ISO 140001 & OSHA 180001).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Leadership capability to lead a large organization, with strong people and coaching skills.
• In-depth knowledge of business and planning cycle including sales and order-to-cash processes. Strategic thinking both in business and operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience of similar position or supervisory position of chemicals plants, preferably with working experience with MNC.
• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001and Health safety and environmental requirements.
• Written and spoken English (Must) and Mandarin (Preferable)

Education

Masters in Engineering
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Relevant industry or Material Sciences
