Operations & Events Executive

• Hybrid (Home & Office) work arrangements
• Official Registered Address: Anson Road but candidate would likely gather for meetings or if needed work from office located at 2 mins walk from Macpherson MRT, Paya Lebar Area
• Official Hours: 9am - 6pm, Weekend work from time to time when doing events
• Sole Contributor role for a Specialty COFFEE Brand

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS ROLE)

• Oversee incoming shipments and stock movements between sites and to customers (e.g. warehouse, retail corner, customers)
• Record stocks movements and transfers and prepare necessary documentation (e.g. delivery orders)
• Manage monthly stocktaking and month end stock reconciliation with team
• Manage stocks on eCom platforms (update as needed to prevent unfulfilled orders) and monitor our 3PL order status (tracking their KPI performance)
• Analyze stock turnovers and support product forecasting
• Arrange logistics and transfer / customer deliveries as needed (Fluetis/Lalamove)
• Support marketing events - planning checklist and execution, on-site set up and tear down, etc
• Ad hoc tasks from time to time

Qualifications

• Ideally enjoys drinking coffee but not a hard requirement!
• Self-motivated and can run independently
• Enjoys a fast moving, dynamic environment (every day can be different)
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities
• Resourceful problem solver (loves to firefight)
• Stays cool like a cucumber (in other words stays positive and not stressed under pressure)
• Not afraid to ask for help
• Proficient with Excel / Gsheet
