Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: UP TO $ 6550

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)

• Working Days: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 6.15pm)

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of program interconnections across business units and identify potential business opportunities.

• Develop strategies to enhance operational performance, continuously monitor their effectiveness, and assess outcomes.

• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) and ad hoc initiatives aimed at workplace safety enhancement, automation, process optimization, Kaizen bursts, value stream mapping, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, data analytics, and storage optimization.

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from short-term (6 months) to long-term (10 years).

• Engage customers through CIPs, project-related activities, and Operational Excellence (OpEx) meetings.

• Establish, implement, maintain, and refine LEAN system methods, tools, and standards across all value stream sections.

• Support and lead LEAN work practices, including 6S methodologies and root cause analysis, to drive continuous improvement.

• Foster maximum employee involvement and engagement in change projects to cultivate a culture that embraces change.

• Challenge conventional methods and assist business unit leaders in driving CIPs focused on waste elimination.

• Manage multiple CIPs and ad hoc projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field with a background in logistics

• Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification is advantageous.

• Demonstrated practical experience in LEAN, 6S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kaizen, with evidence of delivering sustainable results through Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).

• Strong leadership abilities and understanding of business processes and systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
