Job Description
$3300-$4800+AWS + VB5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation : CentralIndustry: Electrical & ElectronicsResponsibilities
- Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders
- To liaise with vendors to resolve all leadtime issues of equipment and negotiation of project prices and payment terms
- Monitor project status and forecast project risks and take preventive measures
- Work closely with Finance Team on invoicing status and cashflow projections
- To ensure and monitor that all tender submissions are submitted on time and with quality
- Diploma in any discipline
- Min 2 year experience in order management / supply chain management in a project based company
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
