Job Description
$3500-$4800+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: QueenstownMNC / SGX Listed CompanyResponsibilities
- Full scope of shared services payroll processing for employees from different entities
- Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims
- Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts
- Accurate submission of statutory monthly and/or yearly periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims / ad-hoc IR21 etc
- Manage the Time Management System (TMS)
- Minimum Diploma
- Min 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in payroll processing in a company with headcount of more than 1000
- Knowledge in Singapore regulatory laws related to payroll
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and network with people
