The Responsibilities:
This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on operational and legal support scope for the company.
Operational:
Assist the Operations Manager in carrying out fundamental tasks aimed at overseeing the performance of the business unit and offering essential assistance, which may encompass activities such as managing international logistics, analyzing risks, and providing support for tender processes
Logistics:
Collaborate and engage in negotiations with the company\'s logistics suppliers to obtain quotations for international logistics and insurance costs, assess invoices, and coordinate payments
Manage and address logistics-related complaints
Conduct analysis to enhance and streamline costs associated with logistics
Tendering Support:
Reviewing tender documents and conducting risk assessments
Collaborating with various departments to furnish the necessary tender documents and quotations as needed
Compliance and Auditing:
Support in both internal and external audit processes, encompassing tasks such as preparing or gathering various forms, reports, or documents, reviewing, and assessing company regulations and policies, and so forth
Supervise the execution of transfer pricing arrangements between affiliated firms
Review and authorize applications or orders within the ERP or OA system
The Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 year of experience in roles related to operations, compliance, legal support, finance, HR, tender support, customer service, or a relevant field
Language requirement: Proficiency in Chinese to facilitate communication with native Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP systems, and a foundational understanding of financial and international trading concepts
