Job Description
:Industry: Automotive MNC
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm
Good Remuneration PackageResponsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls/ emails
- Prepare shipping documents
- Process customer orders & pricing management
- Issuing of Invoices & Credit Notes
- Demand planning and local warehouse stock monitoring
- Data analysis and sales report
- Work closely with cross functional team
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistic or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience working in the automotive industry
