Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Proven experience managing multiple operational sites
Strong ability to address manpower challenges effectively
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team of up to 500 staff
Capable of handling client feedback and implementing effective action plans
Skilled in presentations and client engagement
Able to collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Competent in preparing and submitting monthly reports to clients
Analytical mindset to interpret operational data and recommend improvements
Responsible for providing regular updates and progress reports to the Head of Operations
Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
