About the Role

We are seeking a resourceful and hands-on Operations Senior Executive/Manager to support and drive the smooth execution of our operations inclusive of frozen food delivery supply chain (coordination from Central Kitchen -> frozen storage warehouse -> Customers' homes via 3rd party logistics partner), procurement and other daily operational matters.





This role plays a key part in managing logistics for our frozen meal delivery service, managing events (corporate / collaboration) coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure excellence in service delivery.





The ideal candidate is operations-savvy, enjoys events execution, and has solid experience managing logistics and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfillment

Oversee daily operations of the frozen food delivery service, including order processing, inventory coordination, and third-party delivery management. Liaise with the production team to align output with sales forecasts and customer demand. Coordinate last-mile delivery with logistics partners and proactively resolve delivery-related issues. Manage import/export logistics for frozen food products, including documentation and customs clearance. Ensure compliance with cold chain standards by working closely with cold room storage providers.

Project & Process Management

Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management. Assist in the procurement of resources, materials, and services required for project implementation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

Event Planning & Coordination

Help to plan, organize, and execute outreach events such as lunch health talks, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful engagement. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality event experiences. Manage all logistical arrangements, including venue setup, catering, equipment, and on-site support

Requirements

Experience & Expertise

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships. Prior experience in import/export logistics is highly advantageous. Familiarity with cold chain logistics and cold room operations is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project coordination. Proficient in digital tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), and basic operations software.

: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, One Saturday per month
