• Position : Operations Executive [ Full Time Role ]
• Under Outsource Department [ Handle Part Time / Contract Staffing ]
• Working Days : 5 Days [ May Require to work on Weekend , Time Off Claimable ]
• Office Timing : 9am to 6pm / Event Timing (Flexible)
• Working Location : Shenton House (Downtown / Shenton Way / Tanjong Pagar MRT)
• Salary : $2,200 - $2,500 + Attractive Incentive

Internal hiring for The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd, minimum O level / Nitec / Diploma for this role, no experience is required, theory training and site training are provided, require both office and site visit / event coordination.Job Duties * Managing Current Clientele given. [ Handle Part Time / Contract Staffing ]

• Building and Managing Staff.
• Conducting Shortlisting , Interviewing and Offering in our office.
• Basic HR Administrative Role, [ Filing , Data Entry , Part Time Payroll ]
• Managing day-to-day deployment of Event.
• Performing Site Visits and Site Coordination.
• Daily Updates of Manpower Deployed. [ Microsoft Excel ]
• Any other Ad Hoc Duties given will be tasked to fulfilled.
