Job Details:


Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of non-emergency medical transport, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient service.


Handles scheduling, dispatching, compliance, and fleet readiness while supporting staff coordination and operational improvement.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee daily transport operations and ensure patient safety and punctuality. Coordinate with healthcare facilities and internal teams for transport requests. Maintain vehicle readiness, records, and compliance with regulations. Support recruitment, rostering, and training of drivers and attendants. Investigate incidents and recommend improvements. Manage inventory and procurement of transport supplies.


Requirements


Diploma, preferably in Healthcare or related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. No criminal record. Good communication, integrity, and professionalism.
