Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, focusing on:

Factory Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact with our factory and production team, clearly communicating customer needs, order volumes, and quality standards.

Order Management & Follow-up:

Meticulously track and manage all customer orders from pickup through to delivery, ensuring timely processing at every stage (washing, pressing, packing, etc.).

Quality Control & Compliance:

Regularly check in on orders to ensure they meet our strict quality standards before they are dispatched.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues that may arise in the production or logistics chain.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all order statuses, production schedules, and delivery logs.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize orders, and manage a fast-paced workflow efficiently.

The ability to think quickly and logically under pressure to find practical solutions.
Qualifications & Benefits

Experience:

Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a coordinator role is a plus, but not strictly required.

Education:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or above.
