Job Description

• 5.5 Days / Office Hour / Novena
• Paediatrics Clinic / Salary up to $4500
• Prefer candidates who has supervisory experience in paediatric clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinic(s)

• Manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel, and resources in relation to cost containment

• Ensure a consistent high level of service and clinical standards are maintained in the clinics

• Assist the Operations Manager (or relevant Management) in planning, organizing and implementing policies and procedures

• Perform regular audits on a full spectrum of policies and procedures

• To supervise and educate newly employed staff

• Ensure familiarity with all roles in the clinic (Eg: Registration, Claiming, Dispensing, Treatment Rm, Medical Records)

• Managing staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed

• Provide training and guidance on service and clinical quality standards

• Engaged in the monitoring of discipline and conduct of all staff

• Examine and resolve complaints when needed

• Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level

• Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic

• Perform regular constructive feedback with staff on their performance to help them meet professional goals

• To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management Key Skills:

• Experience in supervisory role

• Possess the art of service excellence

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues from cross departments

• Ability to be both a team leader and team player

• Pro-active, patient oriented and progressive

• Able to work in a stressful environment and has good coping mechanism

• Has empathy and problem-solving attitude

• Experience in management of feedback and service recovery

• Able to conduct on the job training for both service and clinical

• Ability to initiate and implement Standard Operating Procedures Qualifications:

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB license
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare
• Applicants must be fully vaccinated according to MOH guidelines.
• Proof of vaccination, or doctor\'s memo for those who are medically ineligible for vaccination, may be requested for verification purposes.
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterpart
