To provide day-to-day office administrative activities and logistics within the Central Digital Assurance Division tosupport the auditors and audit managers.
Facilitating security and technical clearance for external auditors.
Arrange logistics for audit meetings and briefing sessions.
Conduct polls via e-mails, collate, analyse and present poll results.
Manage replies to audit-related email queries, including collating response into FAQ.
Track, verify and process invoices to support the division's financial operations.
Assist with Digital Government Platform (DGP) related tasks and initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned e.g. data entry, form filling, data verification, registration for events etc.
Requirements: Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or program management.
Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices
Experience in planning and executing events,workshops, or training programmes.

Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking programme effectiveness
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.
