About Our Client
My client is a prominent real estate conglomerate based in Singapore and ranks among the largest in Asia. Engaged in diverse real estate sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and integrated developments, my client boasts a widespread global footprint. With an extensive portfolio, they own properties across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
- Oversee the effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall
- Coordinate and execute operation programs and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of the mall
- Manage annual budget, maintenance contracts, and expenses, including procurement for equipment replacement and enhancement works
- Lead technicians, manage vendor services, and actively participate in emergency response and environmental health safety initiatives within the mall
- About 2 years of work experience in Technical Operations covering Retail sectors
- Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
- Experienced in providing AEIs, preparing write-ups of annual budgets and contracts etc
