Description

• Assist the Operations Manager in effectively managing the retail mall\'s operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate operational programs and oversee maintenance tasks to maintain optimal mall functionality.
• Prepare yearly budgets, supervise maintenance contracts, and manage expenses related to mall operations.
• Aid in implementing Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities\' operational support.
• Collaborate with the Contract & Procurement team to execute equipment procurement and cyclical enhancement projects.
• Address service requests and feedback promptly while leading technicians and supervising vendor services to maintain professional operation standards.
• Act as part of the Company Emergency Response Team, including roles like Site Incident Controller and First Aider.
• Contribute to the Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team by reviewing and approving permit-to-work (PTWs), conducting risk assessments, and overseeing safety checks/audits for the mall.

Profile

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience managing commercial or retail properties.
• Capable of operating effectively within tight schedules, demonstrating resourcefulness and systematic approaches to problem-solving.
• Exhibit strong communication proficiencies.
• Openness to learning and potential lateral transitions between asset classes in the future, in accordance with business requirements.
