Job Description
1. Responsible on various report submission on time including
but not limited to:
- a. Daily Warehouse Activities Report
- b. Daily Import/Export Container status Report
- c. Detention monitoring Tracking Report
- d. Container Reuse Status Report
3. Plan & manage duty roster of Traffic Controller weekly or any appropriate time period
4. Arrange for duty take over when Traffic Controller is on leave. To back up if necessary
5. Resolve any safety related issue or recovery including but not limited to:
- a. Vehicle Parking issue
- b. Driver Safety Violation Issue
- c. Accident Recovery
7. Monitor the performance of a team of Traffic Controller and ensure jobs under their scope are dutifully completed (IOU/trip incentive/ TBM/etc)
- a. Ensure Traffic Controller provide real-time
- update of job progress into system
- b. Ensure Traffic Controller carry out toolbox meeting
8. Plan, request and track progress of container reuse
9. Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace
B. Job Requirement
1. Recognized Diploma 2. 3 – 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory role 3. Those who has worked in a logistics company preferred
C. Others Information:
1. Alternate Saturday week 2. Company provides 2 ways transport from Jurong East 3. Daily meal subsidy, dental, medical, insurance claim
