- Assist in managing team to ensure that all are trained up to the set competency level for the operations.
- Create SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignment to internal policies.
- Ensure operations high standard and aim zero error in the prescriptions filling due to negligence.
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Pharmacy/Acute Hospital Setting
- Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
