Job Description
- Position : Operations Executive(Facilities/Dormitory)
- Location : Mandai Estate
- Working hours : 5.25 days, Monday-Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm,1pm to 10pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm - Rotating shift depending on roster
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3800 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Property management - Listed company
- To be responsible for the efficient operation of all operations aspects of the dormitory
- To oversee and supervise the duties of the security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel and vendors with whom the dormitory has service agreements.
- To supervise the Enrolment staff and ensure that all matters pertaining to enrolment are dealt with in accordance with established SOPs.
- To cover duties of Operations Manager in his absence
- Min ITE/Diploma in Real Estate / Building/ Project / Facilities Management
- Min 1-2 years experience in the related field is required
- Safety, security and facilities management knowledge is added bonus
- Familiar with FEDA requirements
- Able to work 9-hour rotating afternoon and night shifts
