DESIGNATION : Operations Executive/Senior Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of an exciting ‘startup’ within Fairprice organization. As our Operations Executive, you manage the fulfilment of our day to day operations. You undertake initiatives to optimise processes and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. Responsibilities

• Execute and assist in the optimization of department’s day-to-day operations
• Actively identify product features and enhancements that will improve customer experience and operations efficiency
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to improve workflow, address operational issues and set up new processes for new business needs and scalability
• Create documentation of manuals and SOPs for new initiatives
• Be the subject matter expert (go-to person) for day to day operations related matters
• Derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and to cater for new business needs by performing data driven analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or STEM field preferred
• Proactive and ambitious to lead independent projects
• Process oriented and data driven with knowledge in industrial best practices
• Interest in operations for e-commerce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with SQL is a plus
