• As a full-time colleague, you will become an integral part of our core team of 7, and have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making process while implementing your ideas and exploring new business opportunities.

Join us and learn valuable skills in a medical device company as an Operations Intern.

The day-to-day activities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinating with our logistics providers to ensure that products are received, handled, stored, and transferred appropriately.
• Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling, storage and transferring of products.
• Managing a team of part-time packers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Processing government tenders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Showcasing our products to occasional walk-in customers
• Updating our products on various online sales channels (including our website, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10, and Carousell) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure timely delivery of samples to our laboratory.
• Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers.

The must-haves

• Organised and able to work well in a dynamic work environment
• Willing to learn, speak up, and cover all operational matters
• Digital native
• Excellent written and spoken English. Bonus if you have a flair for writing.

Work Environment

• Office working environment
• Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
