Castlery is looking for an Operations Intern to join the eCommerce Team!As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting Castlery's e-commerce growth efforts across the US. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that customers have an exceptional experience with us.If you're keen on creating a space for people to thrive both personally and professionally and excel when working with high levels of autonomy and psychological safety, reach out!What you'll be doing:

• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
• Process and fulfill spare part requests by packaging and sending out parts to customers or team members promptly and accurately.
• Watch and review assembly instruction videos to ensure that all steps are aligned with the correct flow and identify areas for improvement or clarification.
• Maintain and update operational spreadsheets, including inventory tracking, shipment logs, and operational performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and provide updates to senior team members when necessary.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll need:

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently

Internship Details

• Starting date: January 2025

• Duration: Minimum 4-6 months
• Days per week: 4-5 days
