With our expanding retail presence in
Haji Lane
, we're streamlining our operations and retail systems, and we'd love for you to be part of that journey. You'll be working closely with our
Operations and Events Coordinator
to support our retail spaces and overall brand experience.
What You'll Do
Brand Promotion & Customer Experience
Promote the brand, products, and lifestyle in-store
Engage with customers -- educate, assist, and provide styling suggestions
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive shopping environment
Maintain service quality across retail staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Retail Operations
Independently handle daily retail operations, including cashiering and stockroom duties
Manage visual merchandising, housekeeping, and logistics (setup/teardown, stock processing)
Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment
Support administrative tasks related to retail and sales
Manpower & Team Management
Assist with scheduling and manpower coordination for outlets
Lead by example and foster a positive, efficient team culture
Who You Are
Passionate about sustainability, fashion, and creating great customer experiences
Fun, approachable, and enthusiastic
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to work independently and take initiative
Strong communicator with an excellent command of English (other languages are a plus)
Bonus: Comfortable being featured in content (not required)
Requirements
Minimum commitment:
3-6 months
Experience in retail, customer service, or logistics preferred
Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced environments
Bonus skills: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
