As a fast-moving e-commerce and retail brand, we're looking for a

With our expanding retail spaces in
Haji Lane
, you'll play a key role in supporting our
Operations and Events Coordinator
to improve and streamline our retail and operations systems.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Customer Engagement
Represent and promote the brand and products at retail spaces
Engage and educate customers while providing styling suggestions and assistance
Maintain a welcoming and positive in-store experience for all customers
Ensure service quality and consistency across all retail staff
Retail Operations
Handle day-to-day retail operations, including cashiering and stockroom duties
Manage visual merchandising, store housekeeping, and setup/teardown logistics
Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and logistics
Team & Manpower Support
Help coordinate manpower scheduling and support outlet operations
Lead by example through professionalism, initiative, and teamwork
What We're Looking For
Minimum commitment of
3-6 months
Passionate about retail, fashion, and sustainability
Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at multitasking
Proactive, independent, and responsible team player
Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
Bonus: Comfortable being featured in brand content
Preferred Experience:
Retail, Customer Service, Stock Management, or Team Leadership
Bonus Skills:
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
