Books Beyond Borders is a social enterprise bookstore that raises money for rural education. Our team collect and sell gently-used books, and give our profits to fund classroom projects in Nepal. Interested? Here's what the role involves:Customer care & Community support : As part of the ops team, you'll be coordinating donations inquiries that we receive on a daily basis via our LIVE chat system. You'll guide our donors on how they can donate their books, and make the experience easy and fun for everyone.
Order Fulfillment : You'll fulfil and manage open orders from our online bookstore, ensuring our readers receive updates about their deliveries as quickly as possible.
Events: You will curate, sort, and manage hundreds of books, prepare them for our online store, The Book Barracks, and other outdoor pop-up events. You'll help us launch new campaigns so that we can continue to grow our community.
Leadership: You will help hire and on-board new part-timers, manage volunteers, and hone your leadership skills.
