Job Description

Job Purpose
To oversee the operations of the multi-stakeholder project of Health District @ Queenstown (HD) and the Centre for Population Health, which runs the NUS aspect of the project.

General

• Maintains overview of HD activities, including managing the Satellite office
• Holds ownership for maintaining HD documentation and information
• Responsible for HD finances and budgeting
• Owns and drives weekly HD management meetings
• Overall responsibility for HD operations and logistics

HD Steering Committee (SC)

• Point of contact for SC members and SC meetings
• Work with Housing & Development Board (HDB) to organise SC meetings, follow-up on Notes of Meeting and actions

HD International Advisory Panel (IAP)

• Point of contact for IAP members and IAP related matters (e.g. meetings)

HD Meetings, Visits, Conferences, Symposiums

• Point of contact for the organisation of meetings, visits, conferences and symposiums (e.g. NUS-NUHS Senior Management Biannual Meeting, collaboration with other universities / institutions, visits by local / international guests)
• Responsible for the organization of these meetings /events

HD Information Management

• Responsible for the collation / management / overall preparation of papers, grant proposals, presentation materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant project management experiences / administration in complex organisations with leadership role (which will determine the job level that the candidate will be appointed at).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders from various levels.

• Highly motivated, takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, and recommends practical solutions for improvement; builds relationships to leverage resources.

• Ability to define, analyse and implement large and complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with local and international academics, as well as leaders of multilateral organisations and private entities.

• Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in healthcare / social / public sector will be an added advantage.
