As the Regional Sales Operations Lead for Asia, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption of our Relationship Based Sales (RBS) operating model and ensuring we deliver compelling value propositions for our customers.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. Partnering with the Head of Asia Growth & Sales, you will balance team leadership activities with insightful sales performance analysis and provide hands-on leadership for our most important pursuits. In addition, you will devise sales improvement initiatives and support our sales and operations teams in creating effective sector and client account plans and strategies.
In this role, you will lead by example, designing and facilitating workshops for leaders and influencers within our organisation. Your expertise will be instrumental in applying the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process, enabling us to win major projects, develop meaningful client relationships, and position Jacobs as a trusted industry partner.

You have a successful track record leading a geographical disperse team in completing bids in engineering, professional services or a business to business environment. Your skills include developing account plans, pursuit plans, bid strategy and structure, as well as message creation and presentation development. Relationship building, connecting cross-sector market / geography teams and strong communication is key for this role - working closely with Subject Matter Experts, Client Account Managers and the Operations team to undertake necessary market research to develop winning value propositions and submissions.
