Operations Logistic Coordinator
Job Description
: Responsible for inventory management control and reconciliation including periodic physical stock count, update of stock movement record, monitor & maintain the stock level. Monitor and prepare on inventory report/cycle count and follow up on stock discrepancies Liaise with vendors and overseas counterpart for shipment/transportation coordination and arrangement Record and verify invoices related to warehouse, freight forwarders, transporters, courier services and cargo insurance agent to be submitted to accounts department for payment Prepare Permits and other relevant Applications/Declaration Observe safe warehouse practices and security Perform any other duties from time to timeRequirements: NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations related fields Effective verbal and written communication skill Highly competent with MS Office A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management Scissor lift License will be an added advantage Minium 1 year of warehouse logistics experience Working location: 23 Tagore Lane
