Our fast-paced startup is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our new Aircon department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all ground operations, including overseeing installers and servicing personnel in Singapore. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Aircon department.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for installation and servicing of Aircon units.
• Manage the scheduling and deployment of installation and servicing teams to meet customer demand.
• Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all Aircon installations and service work.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure all required parts and materials are on hand for timely completion of work.
• Manage and train a team of installers and servicing personnel.
• Create and maintain reports for senior management
• Drive innovation projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in operations management, with a focus on ground operations.
• Experience managing teams of installers and servicing personnel in the Aircon industry in Singapore.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - have a good level of Excel proficiency.
