About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager in the beauty industry to oversee outlet performance and sales operations across our brand. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey at every touchpoint.





Key Responsibilities


Lead, coach, and inspire outlet teams to achieve overall sales KPIs. Partner with Branch Managers to monitor performance and drive revenue growth. Mentor and train staff, equipping them with the skills to maximize sales performance. Oversee smooth daily operations to ensure service consistency and customer satisfaction. Build customer loyalty through excellent service standards and effective resolution of service-related issues.
Job Requirements


Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales & operations management, preferably in retail, beauty, wellness, or service industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Sales-driven, analytical, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
