Red Dot Penguins is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to service the operational needs of the company through an excellent customer service and creation of good workflows.
Main duties:
Ensure quality and excellence service is rendered to B2B and B2C.
To see the growth of Learn-To-Swim program.
Manage the coaching team's schedules.
Managing the company hotline enquiries.
Booking of venues for business needs.
Ensure proper and up-to-date inventory lists.
Organising weekly Operations meeting.
Update and sending monthly report to CEO.
Meeting with the CEO on a monthly basis and when required.
Other duties includes:
Attend Learn To Coach training program and complete the attachment hours.
Attend courses as required by the company.
Any other duties as requested by the Management.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of operational background in the service industry.
Degree holder preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Customer service oriented.
Active, independent and outspoken individual.
A team player.
Willing to travel to different centres on a regularly basis for site visits.
6 days work week (Mon - Fri: 9am to 3pm; and work on 1 weekend)
Able to start immediately or short notice.
