Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Operations executives\xef\xbb\xbf
- Providing day-to-day management of the warehouse in cold room, manage inventory management and logistics functions
- Manpower arrangement
- Managing and training of new operations staff in warehouse
- Ensuring high productivity by monitoring attendance, leaves and performance of staff
- Lead, implement and execute plans in line with management objectives.
- Ensuring compliance, integrity and quality in established procedures and specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience
- Good knowledge in Logistics Operation and Transportation Management.
- Strong people management skills.
