Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based transportation services
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 8.30am - 5.30 pm
• Salary Range: up to S$ 10,000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead a team of operations and act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
• Fleet of construction vehicles (cement tankers, lorry cranes, mixer trucks, prime movers & trailers, roll-on roll-off) management and coordinating with team to ensure vehicle renewal, deregistration, camera monitoring installation, maintenance services, special equipment installation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to fulfil various tasks, special request of customers and assigned projects
• Collaborate with other transport business units to fulfil various needs
• As a representative for the department to attend internal Workplace, Safety and Health matters and meetings
• Prepare costing and tender write-up for submission and liaise with Team to propose trip rate for project
• Attend to client\'s meeting on service improvement, schedule adjustment or on safety
• Deploy on-site and work outside office hours in view of client\'s requirement or rectify issue from client\'s feedback
• Responsible for subcontractor management including liaise with schedulers and drivers and subcontractor on schedules, trip\'s requirement, routing and pricing, designated pick up and drop off points, signage, disseminate client\'s requirements and ensure the trips arrive on time
• Responsible for driver management and assisting on drivers\' attendance, accommodation, project deployment, routing plan, trip rate and any other relating matters
• Assisting with Group IT on client\'s IT solution equipment and roll out its implementation
