Job Description

As an Operations Manager at BLS International, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes for our locations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Provide crucial support to existing operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives.

- Develop and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

- Streamline existing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the operational team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

- Oversee quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

- Effectively manage resources, including staffing, technology, and equipment, to optimize operational outcomes.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure business continuity.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,132.04 per month
